Live online emotional skill-building programs for children, tweens, teens, and neurodivergent learners — ages 5–18. Structured. Developmentally responsive. Mindfulness-informed.

The Summer Skills Series is designed for any learner who would benefit from practical emotional skill-building in a structured, supportive, developmentally appropriate setting.
Emotional regulation, coping, communication, flexible thinking, self-awareness, and confidence are life skills that benefit all children, tweens, and teens — regardless of whether they are currently struggling.

Mindful Beginnings
A gentle, playful introduction to feeling words, body awareness, calming tools, and early coping skills. Movement-based and developmentally responsive.
Regulate & Rise
A structured skills group for stress awareness, emotional regulation, coping, flexible thinking, frustration recovery, and confidence. Practical tools for real school-age life.
Mindful Resilience
A teen-respectful program for school pressure, social stress, perfectionism, self-talk, coping, and confidence. Mindfulness-informed tools — secular, concrete, and adapted.
Personalized Summer Skills Pathway
Eight individual sessions built around the learner's specific goals, learning profile, and real-life needs. Full practitioner attention. Flexible pacing and scheduling.
Neurodivergent Developmental Skills Pathway — Summer Start
Summer entry into the Institute's long-term individualized developmental pathway for neurodivergent learners. Profile-adapted, directly taught, visually supported. SDP-friendly documentation may be available.
Groups may begin
as early as June 16.
All small group programs meet live online. Groups may begin as early as the week of June 16, 2026, with additional sections formed based on enrollment interest, scheduling availability, and appropriate program fit.

Because groups are intentionally small, families are encouraged to submit enrollment inquiries as early as possible. Placement is confirmed on a rolling basis.

Mindful Beginnings
A gentle, playful calming skills group for young children.
Mindful Beginnings is a gentle, playful, mindfulness-informed calming skills group for young children ages 5–7. This group introduces children to simple tools for noticing feelings, calming their bodies, using gentle coping strategies, and building early emotional awareness. Young children do not need long lectures about emotions — they need movement, stories, visuals, simple words, repetition, and caring guidance. This group is designed with that developmental need in mind.

Regulate & Rise
Stress management and emotional regulation skills for school-age children.
Regulate & Rise is a structured 6-week skills group for children ages 8–11 who benefit from practical tools for stress, frustration, intense feelings, coping, emotional regulation, flexible thinking, and confidence. Children at this age are ready to understand stress signals, body cues, and coping choices — but still need concrete tools, practice, and adult guidance. This group makes those skills clear, practical, and usable in real life.

Mindful Resilience
Coping and emotional regulation skills for tweens and young teens.
Mindful Resilience is a 6-week group for tweens and young teens ages 12–14 who benefit from practical tools for stress, frustration, emotional overwhelm, school pressure, social pressure, mistakes, feedback, and confidence. Designed to feel mature, respectful, and age-appropriate — students practice mindfulness-informed coping skills, stress awareness, emotional regulation, flexible thinking, and confidence in a supportive online setting.

8 individualized sessions tailored to the learner's specific goals and profile.
The Personalized Summer Skills Pathway is designed for children and teens who benefit from more individualized support than a group program can provide. Individual sessions allow the learning pace, examples, language, visuals, and practice activities to be adapted to the learner's unique strengths, needs, and goals — making summer a focused skill-building period before the next school year begins.

Neurodivergent Developmental Skills Pathway — Summer Start
Summer entry into a long-term individualized developmental pathway for neurodivergent learners.
The Neurodivergent Developmental Skills Pathway is the Institute's comprehensive, long-term individualized educational pathway for neurodivergent learners. Summer is an excellent time to begin — learners often have more scheduling flexibility and can start building regulation, coping, flexibility, communication, self-advocacy, and independence skills before school-year demands return. All sessions are live online from the comfort and familiarity of home.

Families who know which program they prefer may begin enrollment directly. Families who are unsure may schedule a Program Guidance Call.
Submit Enrollment or Inquiry Form
Submit basic information about the learner, program interest, scheduling availability, and any relevant learning or support needs.
Program Fit & Scheduling Confirmation
The Institute reviews details to confirm the appropriate program, group fit, scheduling availability, and next steps.
Complete Registration & Payment
Once placement is confirmed, families receive registration and payment instructions. Flexible payment options may be available for select programs.
